How is Holistic Marketing Different?
We focus on ownership and education. Our goal is make sure our clients own the marketing tools that are available to them, so that they are always in control. We also strive to educate our clients throughout our work together to empower them to make better decisions.
How Do you Work With Clients?
Most of our work with clients is 100% digital, utilizing a variety of tools like Email, Zoom, and Slack. We are always happy to meet in person with local clients.
Do you offer customized solutions?
Nearly every engagement we embark on has a degree of customization and we are always happy to think outside of the box with clients to help them reach their goals. While we do not offer every service available, we also have a network of trusted partners we can refer to.
Do you have minimum engagements?
We do have minimums when it comes to site builds and SEO work, but we are always happy to have a consultation call to learn more about your business and offer advice. For paid search and social work, we also have a 3-month minimum management retainer.
What is the onboarding process like?
Once contracts are signed, we will have already discussed the process, but we will schedule a kickoff call to ensure we have all the access we need for the project we are working on. We will also get meetings scheduled and retainer information set up if needed.
How do you measure Success?
How we measure success is dependent on the work we are doing together, but all engagements include a conversation about your KPIs. If we are working on an on-going basis, all performance is reported on regularly via email and monthly meeting, and you have constant access to your reporting dashboard.
How Do you handle Communication and Reporting?
Most of our communication with clients is digital and we respond to active clients requests within 48 business hours. All retainer clients receive a custom reporting dashboard that is always available to them, that they have approved ahead of time. This report is then manually sent monthly and reviewed during monthly client meetings.
